The Structure Serum suits almost everyone — but it was designed with a specific skin state in mind: skin that is starting to feel less resilient than it used to. Skin that recovers more slowly. Skin in the 35–65 age range navigating hormonal transition, where aggressive actives feel like too much but doing nothing feels like too little.

HOW TO USE

Apply 3–4 drops to clean skin, morning and night, before moisturiser.

Peptides work best with consistency and time — allow 8–12 weeks minimum for texture and resilience changes; structural improvement is a months-long process, not a weeks-long one. This is by design.

If you're new to actives or have reactive skin, begin with once daily (PM) for two weeks before introducing AM use. Patch test first.

THE INGREDIENTS

Matrixyl 3000 (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 + Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7) A two-peptide complex with significant clinical study behind it. Palmitoyl tripeptide-1 acts as a signal peptide, stimulating collagen I and III synthesis. Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 reduces pro-inflammatory cytokines, supporting both structural maintenance and calmer skin tone. A 2009 placebo-controlled study in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science demonstrated statistically significant reductions in wrinkle depth and improvements in skin elasticity with consistent use over 12 weeks.

Matrixyl Synthe'6 (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38) A newer generation signal peptide specifically targeted at the six key components of the skin matrix and the dermal-epidermal junction — collagen I, III, and IV, fibronectin, hyaluronic acid, and laminin-5. Clinically positioned for fine line smoothing, firmness support, and the "well-held" appearance that declines with age.

Bearberry Extract (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) A botanical brightener used to reduce the visible appearance of discolouration and uneven tone. Contains arbutin, which inhibits tyrosinase — a key enzyme in melanin production.

Kakadu Plum (Terminalia ferdinandiana) An Australian native with one of the highest recorded concentrations of natural vitamin C of any ingredient on earth. Supports brightness and provides antioxidant protection against the free radical damage that degrades collagen.

Licorice Root Extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra) A calming, tone-supporting botanical. Glabridin, the active component, has demonstrated melanin-inhibiting and anti-inflammatory properties, making it a useful complement to the peptide complex for skin that is prone to redness or uneven pigmentation.

Centella Asiatica (Gotu Kola) A well-established barrier-supportive and soothing botanical. Supports skin comfort and helps the barrier tolerate consistent active use without reactivity.

When will I see results? Comfort and texture changes are often noticeable within 2–4 weeks. Meaningful improvements in firmness appearance and fine line depth typically emerge at 8–12 weeks of consistent twice-daily use. Structural collagen remodelling is a months-long process — the clinical studies that demonstrate peptide efficacy measure at 12 weeks, not 12 days.

Can I use this with retinoids? Yes. Peptides are compatible with retinoids and do not compete for the same pathways. If you're using a prescription retinoid, The Structure Serum can be layered on the same nights or on alternating nights — whichever your skin tolerates best.

Is this safe during pregnancy? Peptides are generally considered safe during pregnancy — they are not absorbed systemically in meaningful quantities from topical application. Confirm with your healthcare provider as a precaution.
