The Hero Serum — your daily foundation. Niacinamide 10% for barrier reinforcement, tone evening, oil balance, and inflammation reduction. The step that makes every other step work better.
The Structure Serum — your refinement layer. Matrixyl 3000 + Matrixyl Synthe'6 for collagen-signalling support, smoother texture, and the firm, "held" appearance that declines quietly with age.
The R&R Serum — your overnight renewal. Bakuchiol + retinyl palmitate for gradual cell turnover support, fine line reduction, and the kind of skin quality that builds over months of consistent nights without harshness and barrier reaction.

The Hero Serum addresses barrier integrity and tone — the foundation that determines how well skin tolerates and benefits from everything else. Without a functioning barrier, actives cause more inflammation than improvement.

HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM
Morning: The Hero Serum → The Structure Serum → Moisturiser → SPF Night (most nights): The Hero Serum → The Structure Serum → The R&R Serum Night (recovery, 1–2 nights/week): Cleanser → Moisturiser only
Introduce The R&R Serum slowly if new to vitamin A: 2–3 nights per week for the first two weeks, then increase as tolerated.
The Hero and Structure serums can be used daily from the start — both are well-tolerated and non-photosensitising.
