HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM
Morning: The Hero Serum → The Structure Serum → Moisturiser → SPF Night (most nights): The Hero Serum → The Structure Serum → The R&R Serum Night (recovery, 1–2 nights/week): Cleanser → Moisturiser only
Introduce The R&R Serum slowly if new to vitamin A: 2–3 nights per week for the first two weeks, then increase as tolerated.
The Hero and Structure serums can be used daily from the start — both are well-tolerated and non-photosensitising.
